their original business of West Lumber Company and also from
an apartment building in partnership with Dick Tucker of
Hillsboro, Texas
Because of our contacts in the building industry, they
realized the need for different types of rental property.
They started with houses, then duplexes, storages, and
apartments and have recently added more houses while also
managing rental property for several different people
Recently, Gayle Gardner added the Mary Kay
Cosmetic business for extra income and to help women feel
better about themselves.
