Born: October 18, 1939
Dr. Eisma was born in the Philippines.
He is also a retired colonel in the U. S. Army
and is a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
Dr. Eisma has been a medical doctor in West
since 1976, has been the president of the West
Hospital Authority since 2003, is a lecturer, a
member of the Knights of Columbus, West Council.
He married Lenora Womack and had 6
children
He is a Fellow of the American College of
Physicians, a member of the Texas Medical
Association, and the American medical Association.
Dr. Eisma believed that adjusting to life in the
United States was difficult.
He has found much success, becoming a
Texas army national Guard Chief Physician and
State Command Surgeon for the Army. He has won
several military awards.
Dr. Eisma has traveled overseas on Medical
Missions for the Texas Army National Guard to
Bolivia, South America, and Costa Rica, Central
America.
